jlbgc's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlbgc makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
